Generally you are automatically granted all the gear you begin the RP with, but be sensible. You don't get a Caenifexr and a Blood Pack Executioner PIstol and a Cain and state of the art armour and a personal cloaking device and your own ship racer and 17 slaves. That's a one way ticket to being denied.
Biotic Amp:(Only required if your character is a biotic. They need to have at least an L2. Keep in mind the advantes and disadvantages - an L2 biotic won't be shredding people to bits.)
Technique(s)/Abilities: (Using biotics, weapons expertise, ect.)
